Description of Design Concept is to give me understanding of your request for the project that we will be working on together. Please make the description as direct and concise as you can.

Consultation Options are in person or virtual. If there is a depth of emotional and/or experiential background to the project you are requesting, or more context and details that would be more easily shared verbally please request a consult.

Reference pictures help me learn what your eye likes and is draw to, please only send references that achieve that goal. This can include images that act as contrast of what you don’t like. But if that is the case please add a note in the additional notes section addressing which picture you do not like. Otherwise it will be assumed that it is an image you do like.

Budget and Pricing is “flexible”. Meaning if you share a budget price with that is less than what your desired project would cost, we have options. We can break the project up into sessions to allow a period of time to save between appointments, or we can find a middle ground for the design to fit your budget. That may look like taking out some detail or going smaller so that you still get what you want, and I still feel adequately invested in.

Energy Work requests can be added to the additional notes section of this form. My training includes elements of both Usui and Holy Fire Reiki. Tattooing itself is already a form of energy work. Integrating a fire of internal inspiration and breathing life into it as living art. I enjoy fusing these energy work modalities to create an experience and work of art that melds with you.
